To Submit a show to the Punch Television Network, please follow the instructions below:
First you must JOIN "Team One Million"
Then go to the submit a button and download the submission form.
First, you must sign and notarize our show submission form.
Send that document along with your program or script to:

Your project must in DVD format or in Beta SP (Note: we do not return tapes or DVD's)
If we are interested we will contact you within 6 to 10 weeks after we have received your project.
